We start by scheduling a chat to get to know each other a little bit. Where are you at? Where do you want to be? We can then get a little more involved with a needs analysis and decide which team members you may want involved. We can then create a plan, some short and long-term goals, and get to work! I don't believe many leaders have the capacity or vision needed for bigger thinking....too worried about operational efficiencies to plan for the next 2-5 years. This is where we are different.
